How do I customize my keychain?
Select the custom keychain option and fill out the required information. To specify your charms, please tell us what specific charms, if there is a certain theme, likes, and dislikes. Please see our Charm Portfolio for the charm options we currently have in stock.

What kind of charms do you have?
We offer a variety of charms that can all be located in our Charm Portfolio. When placing an order for a custom keychain, please let us know if there are any specific charms you would like.

What if I am not sure if my vision will come to life?
When you place your order, we will send you confirmation that your order has been received. Once we have verified your order details, we will create your keychain and provide photos before you submit payment. We want to guarantee you will love your custom piece!

Do you offer discounts?
At this time, we do not have ongoing discounts. Our specials will be posted on Instagram, Facebook, and here on our site!

When can I expect my order?
Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days of your order. Shipping timeline varies by carrier.
